Return Policy – BREGGLASNI

At BREGGLASNI, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality luxury vehicles and an exceptional buying experience. We understand that purchasing a luxury vehicle is an important decision, and we want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Return Guidelines
Our return policy applies to vehicles purchased directly from BREGGLASNI and is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: Only vehicles that have been purchased from BREGGLASNI are eligible for return. Vehicles purchased from third-party sellers or through other platforms are not covered by this policy.
- Return Time Frame: You may return your vehicle within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase or delivery. If the return request is made after 7 days, we will be unable to accept the return.
- Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be in its original condition, with no damage, alterations, or modifications. The odometer reading must not exceed 200 miles from the time of purchase or delivery. The vehicle should also be free from any signs of wear and tear beyond normal usage.
- Documentation: To process a return, you must provide the original purchase agreement, proof of payment, and any other relevant documentation at the time of return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bregglasni.com or call (706) 323-8633 within the 7-day return window. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the return process.
- Return Inspection: All returned vehicles will be thoroughly inspected by our team to ensure that they meet the criteria outlined above. If any damage or excessive wear is found, the return may be denied, or you may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10% of the purchase price).
- Refund Process: Once the return is accepted, a refund will be processed via the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your vehicle and would prefer to exchange it for another one, we are happy to assist with an exchange within the 7-day return period. However, the following conditions apply:
- Exchange Eligibility: The vehicle you wish to exchange must meet the same condition requirements as a return (no damage, original mileage, etc.).
- Exchange Fees: Any differences in price between the vehicle you purchased and the new one will be settled either through a refund or additional payment, depending on the price difference.
- Availability of Vehicles: The vehicle you wish to exchange for must be in stock. If it is not available, we may offer you an alternative option or a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Custom or special-order vehicles
- Vehicle accessories, parts, or other non-vehicle items once opened or used
- Vehicles that have been driven more than 200 miles beyond the purchase date
5. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned vehicle and any additional costs incurred in the return process. The restocking fee is typically up to 10% of the original purchase price.
6. Shipping and Delivery Fees
If the vehicle was delivered to you, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if you wish to return a vehicle that was delivered, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the vehicle back to our dealership.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled without penalty. However, if the vehicle has already been shipped or delivered, the return policy outlined above will apply.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Please note that this return policy does not affect any manufacturer warranties or after-sales services that may be available with your vehicle. For warranty-related issues, please refer to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
